  • n8n / Make / Zapier — Automation platforms used in project delivery, only with your knowledge and agreement
  • WhatsApp Business — For direct communication where you have initiated contact via this channel
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / other AI APIs — Only where explicitly agreed as part of a delivered system

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Active clients — Duration of engagement plus 7 years for legal and financial compliance
  • Prospective clients / leads — Up to 2 years from last interaction
  • Website visitors — Analytics data retained up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Email communications — 3 years from last contact, unless part of a legal matter

When your data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
